Terms
Terms of service
The rules for using the Rigel AI Portal.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to the Rigel AI Portal ("the portal"), provided by Rigel Digital ApS (CVR 45386279), Copenhagen, Denmark ("Rigel Digital", "we"). By signing in you accept them. For clients, the agreement or contract with Rigel Digital comes first where it says something different.
2. Who can use it
The portal is for Rigel Digital's team and for clients with an agreement with Rigel Digital. Access is personal: we create it, decide which clients and features each login can see, and can pause or remove it at any time, for example when an agreement ends.
3. Your login
- Sign in with your own Google account and your second step (an authenticator app or a code by mail). Don't share your login or codes with anyone.
- Tell us straight away at jimmi.mortensen@rigeldigital.com if you think someone else has used your login, or if you lose the phone with your authenticator.
4. Your accounts and data
- Your Google Ads, Merchant Center and other account data remains yours. You give Rigel Digital access so we can deliver our services, and you can withdraw it at any time.
- Changes to advertising accounts are only made after a Rigel Digital specialist has approved them in the portal.
- How we handle personal data and Google user data is described in our privacy policy.
5. Fair use
Don't try to access clients, data or features you haven't been given, interfere with the portal's security, copy or resell its content or software, or use it for anything unlawful.
6. Reports, recommendations and AI
The portal uses AI to analyse data and suggest actions. Reports, estimates and recommendations are based on the data available at the time and are not guarantees of future results. Decisions about your advertising are made together with Rigel Digital.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the portal available and safe, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during updates. We can change or extend its features. Important changes to these terms are announced in the portal.
8. Liability
The portal is provided as part of our services to clients. Rigel Digital's liability is as described in the client agreement; beyond that, we are not liable for indirect loss, such as lost profit or lost data, to the extent the law allows.
9. Law and contact
Danish law applies, and disputes are settled by the Danish courts. Questions: jimmi.mortensen@rigeldigital.com.
