Rigel AI Portal

Our own platform for running our clients' Google Ads and Google Merchant Center accounts, with AI that does the analysis and people who make the decisions.

What it is

The Rigel AI Portal is software built and operated by Rigel Digital ApS. Our specialists use it every day to manage the advertising accounts of the clients we work for, and our clients use it to see their own results. It is not a public product: only Rigel Digital and the clients we have an agreement with get access.

What it does

Reads Google Ads data for the accounts we manage through our manager account: campaigns, keywords, search terms, products, conversions and spend. We use it for reports, audits, alerts and recommendations.
Suggests improvements such as bids, budgets, keywords and negative keywords. A change to a Google Ads account is only made after a Rigel Digital specialist has reviewed and approved it in the portal.
Works with Google Merchant Center: it reads product data and status, and, after approval, sets custom labels that help group products in campaigns.
Signs you in with Google and a second step (an authenticator app or a code by mail), so each person only sees the clients they have access to.
Supports our own team work: client mail, meetings, tasks and documents for the Rigel Digital team, from the team member's own connected Google account.

How it handles data

The portal only uses Google data to provide these features to Rigel Digital and its clients. We never sell it, never use it for advertising, and never use it to train AI models. Where it runs

The portal runs on computers and servers operated by Rigel Digital in the EU. Client access is being rolled out at app.rigeldigital.dk; until then it is used by the Rigel Digital team only.
